Privacy notice
Water 365 manages borehole and water-backup installations in Johannesburg. Contractors do the work. This notice says what we keep so that job can run from the first enquiry to later repairs.
What we keep
Your name, email, phone, property address, the dates you ask for, messages on the job, quotes, invoices, photos and reports the contractor files, and the equipment fitted at the property. A rating you leave after a job is visible to you and to Water 365 only.
Why
To book the work, assign a contractor, take payment to Water 365, keep the installation record on your profile, and tell you when a filter change is due. We do not sell the list.
Who can see it
You, signed in with the email on the booking. The contractors assigned to that job. Water 365 staff. A person you name to approve a change order can open that job, and cannot pay or accept terms.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to close the account when the job no longer needs the record. Channel choices for email, WhatsApp and SMS sit in your account settings.
